Delivery and returns
Shipping Policy
We offer delivery in mainland France under the following conditions and amounts:
- Home delivery by Colissimo: €6.90 up to €119 purchase and free from €120.
- Delivery to a Mondial Relay collection point: €4.90 Free shipping on orders up to €79 and free shipping on orders over €80.
We also offer delivery in Europe under the following conditions and amounts:
- Home delivery by Colissimo: €15.
- Delivery to a collection point via Mondial Relay:
- Belgium and Luxembourg: €4.90 Free shipping on orders up to €79 and free shipping on orders over €80.
- Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Austria: €6.90 up to €79 purchase and free from €80.
We also offer home delivery to other European countries (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Italy, etc.) under the following conditions and amounts:
- Home delivery by Colissimo: €15.
We try our best to limit our environmental impact. As part of this effort, we can send your order in reused packaging.
Our packages are prepared and shipped on Tuesdays, with delivery within 3 business days. For faster shipping, please feel free to send us a message at contact@larmoirepoethique.com.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Returns and exchanges are possible (excluding promotional items) within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot accept the return of the product(s) in question.
To request a return, please contact us beforehand, specifying the reason for the return, at: contact@larmoirepoethique.com.
Return conditions:
- Returned products cannot include underwear, tights, swimwear, lingerie or socks, for hygiene reasons and in accordance with the exceptions provided by law.
- Items must be returned in perfect condition: identical to their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their original tags and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
Exchange, refund or credit note:
- If the item you wish to exchange is available, we will process the exchange upon receipt of your return.
- If an exchange is not possible, you can choose either:
- A credit note valid for 12 months, usable in-store or online, in one or more installments. This solution is the one that best supports the Armoire Poéthique project.
To do this, you simply need to inform us when you make your request. - A refund, made via the same payment method used for the order, within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
In order to minimize our carbon footprint, we would appreciate it if you could return the item(s) to be exchanged directly to the store at 45 rue Sainte Colombe, 33000, Bordeaux.
