Delivery and returns
Shipping Policy
We offer delivery in mainland France under the following conditions and rates:
- Home delivery by Colissimo: €9.90 for purchases up to €149, and free for purchases of €150 or more.
- Pickup point delivery by Mondial Relay: €4.90 for purchases up to €99, and free for purchases of €100 or more.
We also offer delivery to Europe, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland under the following conditions and rates:
- Home delivery by Colissimo: €19.90.
We strive to minimize our environmental impact as much as possible. In this context, we may send you your order in reused packaging.
Our parcels are prepared and dispatched on Tuesdays, for shipping within 3 working days. For faster shipping, please feel free to send us a message at contact@larmoirepoethique.com.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are possible (excluding promotional items) within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot accept the return of the item(s) concerned.
To request a return, please contact us first, specifying the reason for the return, at: contact@larmoirepoethique.com.
Return Conditions:
- Returned products cannot include underwear, tights, swimwear, lingerie items, or socks, for hygiene reasons and in accordance with legal exceptions.
- Items must be returned in perfect condition: identical to their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their tags and original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we made an error or the product is defective.
Exchange, Refund, or Store Credit:
- If the desired exchange item is available, we will proceed with the exchange upon receipt of your return.
- If an exchange is not possible, you can choose either:
- A store credit valid for 12 months, usable in store or online, in one or more transactions. This option best supports the Armoire Poéthique project.
To do so, simply inform us when you make your request. - A refund, processed using the same payment method used for the order, within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return.

Return shipping costs will be at your expense.
To minimize our carbon footprint, we thank you in advance if it is possible for you to bring the item(s) to be exchanged directly to the store, at 45 rue Sainte Colombe, 33000, Bordeaux.
