Delivery and returns
Shipping Policy
We offer delivery in metropolitan France under the following conditions and rates:
- Home delivery via Colissimo: €9.90 for purchases up to €149, and free on orders of €150 or more.
- Delivery to a pickup point via Mondial Relay: €4.90 for purchases up to €99, and free on orders of €100 or more.
We also offer delivery to Europe, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland under the following conditions and rates:
- Home delivery via Chronopost: €19.90.
We strive to limit our environmental impact as much as possible. In this context, we may ship your order using reused packaging.
Our packages are prepared and sent on Tuesdays, for shipment within 3 business days. For faster shipping, please feel free to send us a message at contact@larmoirepoethique.com.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Returns and exchanges are possible (excluding sale items) within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to accept the return of the item(s) in question.
To request a return, please contact us beforehand specifying the reason for the return at: contact@larmoirepoethique.com.
Return conditions:
- Returned products may not include underwear, tights, swimwear, lingerie items, or socks, for hygiene reasons and in accordance with the exceptions provided by law.
- Items must be returned in perfect condition: identical to their original state, unworn, unwashed, with their original tags and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless an error occurred on our part or the product is defective.
Exchange, refund, or store credit:
- If the item requested for exchange is available, we will proceed with the exchange upon receipt of your return.
- If an exchange is not possible, you may choose either:
- A store credit valid for 12 months, usable in-store or on the website, in one or more installments. This option provides the most support for the L’Armoire Poéthique project.
To choose this, simply inform us when making your request. - A refund, issued via the same payment method used for the order, within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the return.

Return shipping costs are at your expense.
In order to limit our carbon footprint as much as possible, we thank you in advance if you are able to bring the item(s) to be exchanged directly to the shop, at 45 rue Sainte Colombe, 33000, in Bordeaux.
