Delivery and returns

Shipping Policy

We offer delivery to mainland France under the following conditions and amounts:

Home delivery by Colissimo: €6.90 for purchases up to €119 and free for purchases over €120.
Delivery to a relay point by Mondial Relay: €4.90 up to €79 of purchase and free from €80.

We also offer delivery to Europe under the following conditions and amounts:

Home delivery by Colissimo: €15.
Delivery to a relay point by Mondial Relay:
- Belgium and Luxembourg: €4.90 up to €79 of purchase and free from €80.
- Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Austria: €6.90 for purchases up to €79 and free for purchases over €80.

We strive to limit our environmental impact as much as possible. As such, we may ship your order in recycled packaging.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Our packages are prepared and shipped on Tuesdays, with delivery within 3 business days. For faster shipping, please send us a message at contact@larmoirepoethique.com.

Exchanges are possible (excluding promotional products) within 14 days, under the following conditions:

The nature of the return must be indicated to us at contact@larmoirepoethique.com.
Returned products cannot be underwear, swimwear, lingerie or socks.
They must be returned in perfect condition: identical to their original condition, with their labels and in their shipping box.

If an exchange is not possible within 14 days, we offer a one-year credit note, which can be used multiple times, in-store or online. To do so, send us a message at contact@larmoirepoethique.com. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

In order to limit our carbon footprint as much as possible, we thank you in advance if it is possible for you to bring the item(s) to be exchanged directly to the store, at 45 rue Sainte Colombe, 33000, in Bordeaux.
